How often will you post on my social media? +
Posting frequency depends on your package. Foundation includes 2 posts + 1 reel per week. Growth includes 4 posts + 2–3 reels. Authority includes 5–6 posts + 3–4 reels. All schedules are built around what performs best for your specific audience.
Can you help with paid advertising? +
Yes! Paid ads management is included in the Authority package. Ad spend is billed separately — you control your own budget. We create the ads, manage the targeting, and optimize for results.
How long until I see results? +
You may start seeing engagement and growth within the first few months. Significant results — consistent lead generation, strong follower growth — typically take 6–12 months of consistent strategy. We track KPIs monthly so you always know what's working.
What are your working hours? +
We're active Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. For urgent meetings or time-sensitive situations, we can always arrange something outside those hours.
How does cancellation work? +
Either party can cancel with 30 days written notice. Services continue through the end of your current billing cycle, and any outstanding balances are due before termination. No refunds for work already completed.
