Terms of Service

By engaging Soto Marketing Co. for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Soto Marketing will provide social media management, digital strategy, and related marketing services as outlined in your selected package. Any additional services outside the selected package require written approval and may incur additional fees.

Payment

Payment is due prior to the start of each monthly service period. Late payments may result in a temporary pause of services until payment is received. All add-on services will be invoiced separately.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to termination. No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of this agreement, including financial information, client data, marketing strategies, and proprietary processes.
